Mooring Practice
  • Preparing the boat and crew: fenders, mooring lines, role allocation
  • Low-speed maneuvering and inertia control
  • Approaching the dock with consideration for wind and current
  • Main types of mooring (alongside, bow-to, stern-to)
  • Operating in confined marina spaces
  • Recommended entry-level requirements:
    Experience is not required
    Minimum age is 16 years old

    3 hours practice

Marina berthing practice:

training exercises including touch & go, stern-to, alongside, and bow-to berthing.

Sessions are available at different difficulty levels.

Training can be individual or in small groups of up to 3 people.

Joining as a group reduces the cost, while individual sessions provide more hands-on practice and personal attention from the instructor.
